"Come One, Come All" to Vacation Bible School at Episcopal Church of the Nativity!

From July 28–30, 2024 (8:30–11:30 a.m.), children and teens alike are invited to experience a vibrant celebration of faith, community, and the miracles of Jesus. This VBS is designed to welcome every child into a joyful, inclusive Christian community.

For Children Ages 4–11: Young participants will engage in interactive storytelling, unique crafts, uplifting music, and engaging games. Each activity is crafted to help children discover Jesus’ teachings on kindness, compassion, and forgiveness while fostering a sense of belonging. Whether homeschooled, in public or private school, or new to faith, all children ages 4–11 are welcome. Lessons and activities are tailored to nurture curiosity, spiritual growth, and connection with peers in a supportive environment.

Teens Ages 12+ – Volunteer and Lead! Older youth are invited to serve as group leaders, games coordinators, or craft and music assistants. Volunteering at VBS offers teens the chance to grow leadership skills, earn service hours, and deepen their faith while mentoring younger children. Whether guiding a small group, organizing lively games, or helping with creative projects, teens will play a vital role in creating a joyful, inclusive experience for all.

At the Episcopal Church of the Nativity, we are a Christian community where all are invited to worship, love, belong, grow, and serve. This VBS reflects that mission, offering a space where children can encounter God’s love, build lasting friendships, and discover the joy of serving others.

Join us for three days of faith, fun, and miracles under the big top—where everyone has a role to play, and God’s grace takes center stage!

Adult volunteers at VBS 2024

Call for Volunteers

We are planning for something BIG, which means we will needs LOTS of help! So, how can you help? If you are a parent of a child who will be at VBS, you can volunteer to help other adult volunteers chaperone the groups between the stations and activities. If you don't have children who will attend VBS, you can also serve by being a chaperone or helping with activities.

If you cannot help with chaperoning or with activities, we could use some help setting up the space. We will also need help with cleaning up after VBS. There's a way for anyone to lend a hand, so please let us know what you'd like to do!

We hope you'll join us for VBS, even if you don't have a child who will attend. There will be lots of love to go around for everyone!

To volunteer, or if you have any questions about VBS, please reach out to Katie Dale at 662-897-4835 or via email: kbbuford@gmail.com
