The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Thomas Lipe and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Gordon Miles.
Miss Miles is a graduate of Pillow Academy. She received an associate’s degree in nursing at Mississippi Delta Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women.
She is employed as a registered nurse at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
Mr. Gregg attended Carroll Academy. He is employed at Sequel Electrical Supply.
The couple will exchange vows at 5 p.m. on Nov. 11 at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity.
The Rev. Peter Gray will officiate.

A 2009 graduate of Pillow Academy in Greenwood, Miss Whites attended the University of Mississippi, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority, and she made her debut with the Southern Debutante Assembly in 2010. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing in 2013 and is pursuing a doctorate degree in nursing practice at the University of South Alabama. She is employed as a registered nurse with Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson and Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Greenwood.

He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he was a member and treasurer of Sigma Chi Fraternity, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in banking and finance and managerial finance. He is employed as a wealth management analyst with WealthPartners of Ridgeland.

Mr. Robertson is a 2000 graduate of Humphreys Academy and a 2003 graduate of Mississippi Delta Community College, where he received an associate’s degree in precision agricultural technology. He is employed as the manager of Rodgers Flying Service in Belzoni.
The couple will exchange vows at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 18 at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Greenwood. A reception will follow at the Historic Elks Lodge in Greenwood. Friends and family of the couple are invited to attend.

She is a 2012 graduate of Utah State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in communicative sciences and deaf education, and a 2014 graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she received a Master of Science degree in communicative sciences and disorders. She is a full-time student and will complete a clinical fellowship as a speech-language pathologist and is a certified therapeutic riding instructor through PATH International.
Mr. Griffin is a 1997 graduate of Webb High School in Knoxville and a 2001 graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance. He is a 2005 graduate of St. Thomas University, where he received a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. He owns Tons of Fun Tours and Rentals and is a commercial mortgage banker for Absolute Financial Resources.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in wildlife sciences with a concentration in law enforcement from Mississippi State University.
He is a member of the Wildlife Law Enforcement Club, Wildlife Society and member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society.
He is an officer for the Alabama Department of Conservation in the Marine Resources Enforcement division.

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Allen Tharp of Winona have announced the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Allyn Tharp, to Hiram Chester Eastland III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Chester Eastland Jr. of Greenwood.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sybil Tharp of Winona and the late W.M. Tharp and of the late Mr. and Mrs. William E. Senner of Dalton, Mass.
Miss Tharp is a 1996 honor graduate of Winona Academy and a 2000 graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she received a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing. While at Ole Miss, she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority, which she served as public relations director. She was a member of Golden Key National Honor Society and the Advertising Federation, and she was a dean's list scholar.
She is presently employed as membership/marketing manager at the Memphis Botanic Garden.

While at Ole Miss, he was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, which he served as house manager and Delta Sigma Pi pledge class president. He also served as a senior staffer for American Legion Boys State.
He is presently employed with Eastland Law Offices and plans to pursue graduate studies at the University of Mississippi.
